A Clear Process From First Conversation to Measurable Improvement

Digital projects move faster when decisions, responsibilities and success measures are visible. Our process creates a shared understanding before major work begins and keeps delivery connected to the original business objective.

1. Discover

We learn about the business, audience, current systems, constraints, timeline and desired outcome. Depending on the project, discovery may involve stakeholder interviews, an existing-platform review, analytics, customer questions or workflow mapping.

Output: Discovery notes, problem definition and required inputs.

2. Define

We translate the requirement into scope, deliverables, phases, responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, timeline and commercial terms. Complex custom projects may need a separate paid discovery phase before build pricing can be reliable.

Output: Proposal, scope of work and delivery plan.

3. Design

We organize content, journeys, screens, creative direction or workflow logic before full implementation. Review points are focused on specific decisions so feedback remains useful and timely.

Output: Sitemap, wireframes, prototypes, design direction, campaign plan or workflow design.

4. Build

Approved work moves into development, content production, campaign setup or automation configuration. We use agreed milestones and demonstrations so progress is visible.

Output: Working website, application, campaign assets, content or automation.

5. Validate

We test against scope and key user journeys. The exact quality plan depends on the service but may include device testing, forms, integrations, permissions, analytics, content review, browser behavior or campaign tracking.

Output: Review build, issue resolution and launch checklist.

6. Launch

We coordinate agreed deployment tasks, access, backups, redirects, analytics, platform submission or publishing. Client approvals and third-party platform decisions may affect the final launch timing.

Output: Live or delivered solution and handover materials.

7. Learn and Improve

After launch, real users and performance data reveal the next opportunities. Ongoing support may include maintenance, SEO, campaigns, content, conversion improvement or feature development.

Output: Reports, prioritized improvements and agreed ongoing work.

Communication and Responsibilities

Every engagement should identify one primary contact on each side, approval timelines, working channels, meeting frequency and escalation steps. Delayed content, access or approvals can affect schedules, so dependencies are documented early.

Change Control

New ideas are welcome, but they may change cost and timing. Requests outside the approved scope are documented, estimated and approved before implementation. This protects both quality and project predictability.

Review gates that protect the work

Discovery approval

Before production, we confirm the audience, scope, required inputs and success criteria. Open questions are recorded with an owner. This avoids treating an assumption as an agreed requirement and helps identify dependencies that could affect timing.

Design and implementation review

Design reviews focus on the user journey and approved content before fine visual details are locked. Implementation reviews then examine responsive behavior, interaction states, integrations and the acceptance criteria agreed for the project. Feedback should be consolidated so the team can act on a clear decision.

Launch and ownership review

Before release, we identify who approves launch, who owns hosting and third-party accounts, and who handles support. Documentation and access handover are included where agreed. Issues that remain open should have a visible plan rather than being hidden inside a completion announcement.

When priorities change

A new requirement may be valuable without belonging in the current release. We assess its effect on scope, cost, dependencies and timing, then agree whether to add it, replace another item or place it in a later phase. This keeps the roadmap useful as the business learns.
