Frequently Asked Questions

Clear expectations help projects succeed. These answers explain how Velrix Digital approaches scope, delivery and ongoing support. Your signed proposal and service agreement will control the terms of a specific engagement.

Frequently asked

Services and Fit

What services does Velrix Digital provide?

We provide web development, UI/UX design, iOS and Android app development, lead generation, AI video generation, SEO, graphic design, social media marketing, AI automation, WordPress, Shopify, e-commerce and custom digital solutions.

Can we hire you for one service?

Yes. We can deliver a focused project or ongoing service. Where another capability is essential to the result, we will explain that dependency during discovery.

Which industries do you serve?

Our initial focus includes B2B services, technology and IoT, logistics and operations, startups, retail, e-commerce and growing SMEs. We review each opportunity based on the problem, required expertise and project fit.

Frequently asked

Projects, Pricing and Payments

How much will our project cost?

Cost depends on scope, complexity, content, integrations, timeline and support. We prepare an estimate after understanding the requirement. Complex custom solutions may begin with a paid discovery phase.

Do you require an advance payment?

Project work normally begins after the signed agreement and agreed advance payment. Retainer services are generally billed in advance. Insert the exact payment schedule in every proposal.

Are advertising budgets and third-party tools included?

Only if explicitly stated. Advertising spend, hosting, domains, application subscriptions, stock assets, premium fonts, platform charges and third-party services may be billed separately.

What happens if the scope changes?

We document requests outside the approved scope and explain their effect on cost and timing. Additional work begins after written approval.

Frequently asked

Delivery and Collaboration

How long will the project take?

Timing depends on scope, content readiness, integrations and approval speed. The proposal includes an estimated schedule and identifies major client dependencies.

Who will manage our project?

We assign a primary contact and confirm the specialists involved. The client should also nominate one authorized contact for decisions and consolidated feedback.

How are revisions handled?

Revision rounds and review timelines are defined in the proposal. Revisions cover changes within the approved direction; new concepts, features or deliverables may require a scope change.

Can you work with our existing team or vendor?

Yes. We can collaborate with internal marketing, design, development, sales or IT teams when responsibilities, access and handoffs are clearly defined.

Frequently asked

Ownership and Support

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership and licensing are defined in the agreement. Final client-owned deliverables are generally transferred after full payment, excluding third-party tools, licensed assets, pre-existing materials and components governed by separate terms.

Do you provide source files and documentation?

The proposal specifies which source files, repositories, design files, credentials, training or documentation are included.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Support may be included for a defined period or offered through a separate maintenance or growth agreement. Third-party failures and new feature requests are not automatically included.

Frequently asked

SEO and Marketing

Can you guarantee Google rankings, leads or sales?

No. Search engines, platforms, markets and customer decisions are outside one agency's control. We provide strategy, implementation, measurement and improvement without making misleading guarantees.

How will performance be reported?

Reporting depends on the service. We agree on relevant measures, data sources and frequency before work begins. We prioritize qualified enquiries, sales opportunities, conversions and operational outcomes over vanity metrics.
